This project was bootstrapped with Create React App.
In the project directory, you can run:
In folder short-video-frontend you must use
Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in your browser.
The page will reload when you make changes.
You may also see any lint errors in the console.
After running npm start you must open another terminal for short-video-backend
once these are both running then you may look at site.
