  • fix for missing submission for vc injections (corresponding to Add support for WiiU Wii VC injects RiiTag#46)
  • add support for submitting real game id for UWUVCI injected titles
  • rework the code for checking title id by bit-wise and relational operations instead of string comparing

Thank you for your PR. Can you please rebase it on top of the latest changes to work on Aroma? I wanted to get out an Aroma version first that works for most users. If you can't or don't have the time I can try working on it instead.

EDIT: ON_APPLICATION_START does not work for WiiVC titles, at least it was the case back then. That's why I hooked into MCP_RightCheckLaunchable.
