Fritzbox XML Export has problem with Umlauten

Seems you editor loaded the file as UTF-8 while the XML prolog says, it is another encoding. Reopen with that encoding, then save it as UTF-8 (before that, in order to be correct, also change the encoding attribute in the XML prolog to utf-8). That should get you covered. (It's not the Contact-Conversion-Wizard's fault, btw.)
