• PostBuild copy for devs. Be sure to set it up for your system and don't recommit (should be gitnore'd)
• Designator injection can specify another designator to place beside (after), if null (default), will be placed at end (existing method).
• Special Injectors which happen immediately after mod validation but before an other injections (MapComponent, etc)
• CompRottableRefrigerated automatically replaces CompRottable on all valid ThingDefs. This replacement comp handles refrigerated buildings by directly not rotting the item. Also shows correct localized inspection string "In refrigerated storage".

[changes]

• New graphics for colored lights and sharing plant grower designators (mrofa)
• CompRefrigerated is now a building flag and is otherwise inert (needs no ticking)

[fixes]

• Plant sharing respects sow tags
• CompPowerLowIdleDraw only operates if the power is on
• CompPowerLowIdleDraw doesn't toggle glowers when using LowIdleDrawMode.Cycle
• Null reference error while getting PlaceWorker properties
