[BUG] extra `MagicResist_Fix` in StatModsMagicResIcon filename in dragontail #649

StatModsMagicResIcon has been renamed to StatModsMagicResIcon.MagicResist_Fix inside https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/dragontail-12.11.1.tgz.

We rely on the naming as there is no image URL of stat mods anywhere in the static files.

Interestingly, the file is still available on https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/perk-images/StatMods/StatModsMagicResIcon.png and has another color.

This also seems to be the case with fiddlesticks, the old version remaining available...
