RISE Wallet 1.3 beta

RISE Wallet 1.3 beta, available for the following platforms:

• Web
• Windows
• Linux
• MacOS

Notes:

• Ledger integration requires rise-ledger app v1.3.0 (not yet released in Ledger Manager) #224
• on Windows and MacOS there's two windows (one console) #175
• web version has to be served from an HTTPS web server with the content of the archive available in the root dir

Changes since 1.2:

• ability to verify the mnemonic in the settings
• import / export of account and contacts
• fixed 1e-9 input in the Send dialog
