How to generate a project template by this repository

1. 以下のファイル群をzip圧縮
   • templateフォルダ内の全ファイル
   • library\competitive_programming_templateの下記ファイル
     • competitive_programming_template.vcxproj.user
     • main.cpp
2. 適切なフォルダへ設置
   • 例
     • C:\Users\USER_NAME\Documents\Visual Studio 2022\Templates\ProjectTemplates
3. 新規プロジェクト作成時にテンプレートとして使用。
