I noticed this on three machines.

@KellyMWhitehead this smells like the file was not included in a deployment manifest or something similar. Any ideas?

To further confuse matters, on same machine I took the above screen shot from (after a reboot but no concious update of resources), this is now showing up:

I am wondering if this is something that is happening when you do a live "Upgrade Version" of plugin, which is where I was experiencing this on multiple machines and then it fixes itself after closing down and restarting?

Is anyone else experiencing this (e.g. @Riverscapes/riverscape-project-curators)?

@joewheaton Weird! I've never had this issue.

@joewheaton it is working as expected for me!

@philipbaileynar this occured on an upgrade in the same QGIS session. We used to have similar issues in Arc Add-Ins. I'm thinking we just leave this as a open minor bug that is unassigned to see if it comes up again.
