The International unmanned arial vehicle competition

What is it

this is a cultivation of all code exectuted inside the on board computer of the UAV

detect objectives (targets specified by the competition) using YOLOv3 object recognition and localization
decode QR codes in the search area and targets
optical character recognition for any character targets in the search area
calculate exact gps position of targets and send the deliverables back to the main judge server for analysis
