If you open a dropdown and hover over an option with the mouse, the arrow keys pretty much become useless. Moving the mouse away doesn't fix the issue. The selected area changes accordingly, but the highlighted option does not. Upon pressing Enter to select an option, the currently highlighted option is selected (the one last hovered over by the mouse).
