- I did a quick refactoring the code and saved some kb
- I propose a solution to prevent FOUC by wrapping the initial select with a '.dk_wrap' and provided a box for comparision, let's do some tests and see if we can already implement in this next version
IE11, FF29, Chrome34, Opera12.16 - Win7
