Dergwasm

Changes over the Resonite and Emscripten environments to use a 64-bit API. This means that all compilations using Emscripten MUST use -s WASM_BIGINT.

Dergwasm

No longer automatically creates a Dergwasm slot on world load. Instead, if the Dergwasm hierarchy is in place, the world automatically initializes Dergwasm. If you change the hierarchy (or set it up as in the instructions), you can use a dynamic impulse trigger to reinitialize Dergwasm.
