osTicket is a software tool that helps businesses manage customer inquiries and support tickets efficiently. It allows us to organize and respond to customer messages effectively, ensuring a smooth and streamlined customer support experience. With osTicket, we can track, prioritize, and resolve customer issues with ease, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and retention.

Setting up osTicket for the first time

Enable IIS, Internet Information Services, and configure and enable needed services

Enable necessary requirements

After entering proper credentials we are able to login
