I tried editing depthcloud_encoder.cpp but neither cout nor any ROS outputs are printing to the terminal.

Instead I get this message occassionally:

[ WARN] [1472781441.225640073]: Messages of type 1 arrived closer (0.033330151) than the lower bound you provided (1.500000000) (will print only once)
