This aims to add a
--tokenargument, for the AppVeyor API token, soappveyor-downloadsworks for private repositories.The tests did not currently pass on Travis, because of some changes in dependencies, so this includes some changes to the tox and travis configuration.
Also resolves #9 Url-escape artifact 'filename'
I still want to do some real-world testing, but otherwise this is ready afaicThis works for my private repository now.
