希望能在全局范围内悬浮显示歌词，能同时显示外语和中文歌词

是指类似网页版这种 PinP 歌词？

还是那种字特别大，可以透出底下窗口的桌面歌词

外挂歌词可以看看 waylyrics 或者 OsdLyrics
后者好像没有对可以直接拿到id的播放器优化，并且依赖gtk2，不过更为成熟，也有更多发行版打包，歌词来源支持更多
