Describe the bug

When I was chatting in the general room, I met some people I wanted to have a privately chat with, so I clicked on their profile images to chat them up, and got an error message saying (''sorry, an error has occurred, pls try again''). The surprising part is that not all does that. just some. I was able to figure out that most names that starts with letter M, L, A . F, K, brings error most times though some works.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to General chat after login in. (I logged in with my gmail)
  2. Click on the profile image of any one you wish to chat with through D.M
  3. See error. If the one you clicked works fine, click the back arrow to go back. Try it with different names. You will note the error.

Expected behavior

After clicking on users image, I expected to be taken to a page where I will be able to click on message or video call to interact with the user in privacy.
