When attempting to start a video chat from within the Rocket.Chat desktop app (v2.15.3) while connected to a private RocketChat server (v1.0.3) the Jitsi.meet cannot receive access to camera.

The problem is the same when accessing the same server in FireFox (v67.0)

Whereas in Chrome (v74.0) launching a video chat from the server successfully accesses the camera.

Can confirm this is still a problem. It can not find the device using the app, but using Firefox it will work.
