added some files to quickstart rocket.chat with docker and another hosting option with sloppy.io.

Maybe we can have a mix approach? I think it is worth to update our current README page here to have a broader list of deployment options, as this is the first place people will look for it. As it already started to grow, we should change it for just a summary list, with links to the detailed instructions for each option on the Deploy.to.Cloud repo.

We also could have a distinction for people wanting to deploy the latest stable release in production using the official docker repository, and people that want to use the development repo to play with.
