ALPHA FIRST RELEASE!

Dump sprites from Greiga Master's Sprite Viewer program, with padding. Feed the DMP output (aka BNSA file) into this program with -u, make changes (e.g. palettes) and repack with -r.

BNSA-unpacker.exe [-r sprite.xml] [-u sprite.bnsa]

-u = Unpack (BNSA file)
-r = Repack (XML file)

Requires .NET 4.5.2 or higher. This version includes a lot of the testing stuff and is not fully stable.
Known Issues:

  • Gutsman BN4 unpack crashes because references are not resolved
