Show/Hide Reserbiz pages based on user credentials type (Admin or Tenant)

Once issue #98 and #99 are done, we will start to make some adjustments inside the Reserbiz. We will start hiding/showing areas in Reserbiz based on user account's type (either Admin or Tenant).

Pages Availability

Make the following pages available for user type tenant:

• Dashboard
• Contracts List Page
• Contract Details Page
• Statement of Accounts
• Payments
• Penalties
• Profile
• Notifications

Modifications on Dashboard Page

Hide the following Widgets.

• Active Tenants
• Available Units
• Active Contracts
• Make sure to only show details that are related to the tenant.

Modifications on Contract List Page

• Only display the contracts assigned to the tenant.
• Remove the Add button.
• On toolbar more button, hide the option Archived List.
• On Advanced filter dialog, remove the tenant filter setting. Make sure to only filter contracts related to the tenant.

Modifications on Contract Details Page

• Remove the all available toolbar options.

Modifications on Statement of Account List

• Remove the Add button

Modifications on Statement of Account Details

• Remove Send Details button
• Remove the Save button
• Remove delete button
• Disable Utility Bills fields
• Update the text CASH RECEIVED to PAID AMOUNT

Modifications on Payments List Page

• Allow tenant to register payment but these payments are subject for approval by the Admin. - Introduce Tenant Payments Approval Process #97
