Update Login Page to allow tenants to access Reserbiz.

On issue #98 , we already introduced new fields on Tenant Information page. At this point, we already have username and password for tenants. For this issue, we are going to update the logic when logging in on Reserbiz so it is now possible for the tenant to access Reserbiz.
