  • Data collectors should be renamed to drivers
  • remote data collector should be moved to swagger package
  • implement new storage driver

feat: implement drivers

- updated config file;
- removed useless local data collector config;
- renamed local data collector to LocalDriver;
- renamed all data collector related logic to driver related logic;
- implemented RemoteDriver;
- implemented StorageDriver;
- removed useless exceptions classes;
- code reformat;
