USER STORY US23: Recommendation Details Visibility

As a site user I can view and read the detailed Recommendation page of all of the site users so that I can view the comments made by different users

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance Criteria 1:
Given that a signed in user visits the app
When they are at any selected Recommendation details page
Then they can see the number of comments the recommendations received

Acceptance Criteria 2:
Given that a signed in user visits the app
When they are at any selected Recommendation details page
Then they can see the comments a Recommendation received and also a section where they can enter their comments for the Recommendation

Acceptance Criteria 3:
Given that a signed in user visits the app
When they are at their Recommendation details page of which they are the author
Then they can see update and delete options
