GeneView - table download fails for very large files (browser issue) for tables with genes>1500, works via api_url

@dicknetherlands we need to review the code for the "Download as TAB delimited file" option for the Gene View table (in common/client-base/utils.js) that downloads the GeneView .tab as it fails in the user interface. However, the api call/mode for a search returns valid .tab results (alongside the Map View .xml and Evidence View .tab). Not sure if it's a browser issue or a deeper code issue.

GeneView table can get huge with 50k+ rows in some cases (only top 1000 are shown) but downloaded file will have all rows, so can potentially crash browser save attempt.
