Install

$pipenv install
$pipenv shell

全部代码都经过手动测试，可以正常运行

envirenment

python 3.6+

经过ubuntu16.04lts 和 win10测试

Introduction

该项目为Stanford机器学习课程的相关代码，我将octave代码迁移到了python上，并记录了写代码过程中遇到的一些障碍。我对于机器学习刚刚入门，代码中如有错误请各位指教。
