Setup

1. Download libtorch. Make sure to get the CXX11 ABI version.
2. Run bundle config build.torch-rb --with-torch-dir=~/.local/lib/libtorch, assuming you placed your libtorch in ~/.local/lib/libtorch.
3. Run bundle install.
