Hi,
Could you please explain what Kas index scripts are calculating? I assumed they were elongation index but I see now its an index specific to promoter/genebody/custom regions? I don't see it described in the publication either. In my data, I observe no changes between pausing or termination index between KO and WT conditions but I do see significant changes in my Kas index for both promoter and genebody. So I'm trying to understand better what it is I am calculating.
Your help would be much appreciated.
