The first time the v0.2 Beta program is run after a Windows 10 Restart, it takes 17 seconds to start. I've noticed this for weeks and finally timed it today. It also seems to happen even without a Windows 10 Restart and just at the first morning run of the day, with the PC left in Windows 10 for days. After the slow startup once, further Exits and re-starts happen quickly, at least for several hours the same day.
