Since I start spectating on how ruleset release the localisation file and I found that a lot of ruleset release it using just a one zip file that contain all language there. This PRs start support on that method and we need to write on how to import the language file too. (With better if we can list a support language not in a manual way but using the same update way that we currently run it in a seperate thread in a background)
