In support of the RBC NCD vision for a national model for non-communicable disease care, this project will provide the electronic medical records tools to use across Rwanda.
It will be based on HTML Form Entry and Reporting Framework following technically the model set by IMB to enable RBC HIS to support the clinical work of the RBC NCD program across rwanda.
