This is the network architecture for our paper published in journal Graphical Models.

Dataset Style:

1. Silhouette Pair: The following figure shows a few examples of the edges image and their corresponding 3D silhouette images (RG-Image). The four trees belong to different species. The edge images are generated under different Canny parameters.

2. Skeleton Pair: The following figure shows a few examples of the 2D main trunks and their corresponding depth images.

3. The following figure show more various tree examples that we automatically generated. The tree data we used for network training exhibits obivous species differences.
