This is based on the original custom Dark Neon theme from Bates#7075 on discord.

What it does:

This is a very dark theme that uses a light sky blue as the accent color for the skin of the entire client.

It additionally makes replies with pings and mentions look like standard replies or messages.

How to use:

Install any theme into your BetterDiscord installation, then edit the file and replace its ENTIRE CONTENTS with the contents of RyuDarkNeon.css
