improvements to DistRDF2ML framework:

offer hashing as an alternative to string indexer
provide getter for an explanation of digitized feature vectors s.t. each index is described
offer SmartVectorAssembler and SparqlFrame getter to receive RDF KG as an overview of used hyperparameter setup to increase reproducibility

improvements desired to have within the paper submission of DistRDF2ML. the changes are related to:

semantification of transformer metadata
categorical string hashing as alternative to string indexing
method to gain insides into the numeric feature vector (explainability)
