Bug report from public repo. The GUI is hardcoded to use some of queueu parameters for submitting batch jobs. This goes for: tomogram reconstruction, template matching, candidate extraction, subtomogram reconstruction. Don't know if its worth to fix it, perhaps easier to say in the README/wiki that the batch part of the GUI is specifically for cluster systems.

Thank you for sharing the tutorial! I am following it to test the functionality of our installation. It worked fine until the "5.5 Reconstructing tomograms", which would cause the pytomGUI to crash with an error message about the queuing system even without checking the queue checkbox.
Our workstation currently doesn't have a queuing system, but it should be possible to set it up. Is there a workaround to run the reconstruction job without invoking the queuing system?
