Changelog:
- Removed Uproar Forest pre-boss cutscene
A Hack of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team (US version) that removes cutscenes while keeping gameplay as intact as possible.
The main Any% portion is finished.
Additionally, the sequence leading up to the title screen has been completely removed.
Both .xdelta and .bps patch files are provided.
The .xdelta file is to be applied with xdelta, while the .bps is to be applied with flips.
To install:
If using Flips:
- Acquire a clean US ROM of PMD BRT;
- Acquire Flips from here;
- Launch Flips and select Apply patch;
- Select the patch, then the ROM to apply that to (make sure you are viewing all file types), and then the name of the newly generated ROM file.
If using xdelta:
- Acquire a clean US ROM of PMD BRT;
- Acquire xdelta. You can get it from multiple places in various forms. Here's a GUI version if you're unsure on which to get;
- Use xdelta to apply the patch to the ROM.
