Currently we're having code dumps in the viewer docker container.

caMicroscope source code in the container is here: https://github.com/camicroscope/ViewerDockerContainer/tree/master/html/camicroscope. We should instead be pulling the latest release from caMicroscope's source branch(https://github.com/camicroscope/caMicroscope)

This would need modifications in the dockerfile.

This will happen once we've cleaned up our camicroscope viewer repository.

In progress: https://github.com/camicroscope/ViewerDockerContainer/tree/remove_mount_html
I've added the camicroscope repos in the docker file.
@tkurc are we going to ship featurescape too from their github repo? If so i'll add that too in the dockerfile.
