Final published files for DCAT-AP v1.2.1.
The changes implemented in the draft documents for DCAT-AP version 1.2.1 are related to the comments mentioned in these issues #54 , #50 from GitHub.
1.	Update references to Publications Office Metadata Registry in DCAT-AP v1.2.1 published .DOC, .PDF and .ODT as in #54 . Metadata Registry (MDR) changed to EU Vocabularies in references 21-27, 41 and vocabulary names in section 5.2.
2.	Updated DCAT-AP UML schema as in #50 , by changing the order of startDate and endDate in dct:PeriodOfTime in the diagram DCAT-AP_1.2.1.PNG. The diagram was updated in DCAT-AP v1.2.1 published .DOC, .PDF an .ODT.
