Semantic Modelling of Calcium Imaging Electronic Lab Protocols

This repository contains the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) protocols and models of the Calcium Imaging study described in the following publication:

Susanne Staehlke, Henrike Rebl, Birgit Finke, Petra Mueller, Martina Gruening, and J. Barbara Nebe. “Enhanced calcium ion mobilization in osteoblasts on amino group containing plasma polymer nanolayer.” Cell & Bioscience, 8(1), March 2018. doi: 10.1186/s13578-018-0220-8

Structure of the Repository

The repository contains two subfolders with two excerpts of the overall model:

  1. Data-Recording contains the details of the recording activity resulting in the image files.
  2. MG-63 is the model of MG-63 database item that was supplied from the ATCC.

Each of these folders contains a screenshot from the corresponding Electronic Lab Notebook resource as well as a PDF illustration of the model and the semantic model itself in form of an owl file.

The overall model of the ELN protocol is contained in the file CA-Imaging.owl.
