qdm-phenotyping

QDM Phenotyping is a tool suite to automate the transformation of QDM/HQMF XML into Drools Rules, and execute them against a Hadoop data source.

Project Setup

Install Git
Install Maven
Clone the repository using a Git Clone https://github.com/SHARP-HTP/qdm-phenotyping.git
From the qdm-phenotyping directory, run mvn clean install

From the qdm-phenotyping directory, run mvn clean test

All artifacts are licensed under the Apache License.
