Using the currently latest v2.2.1.
This issue has been fixed. See numpy/numpy#19038 for more information.

Use the latest version of SINTEF/ci-cd, which is currently v2.2.1.
Update how the inputs to the callable workflows are listed and also remove the
safetyignore statement concerning NumPy, as this issue has been fixed.
