Mobile Teacher application not loading correctly #6

I’ve downloaded the mobile version of Teacher application to 2 different devices, but none of the devices were able to open the app. Successfully. (see the screenshot). This is the screen that appeared when I click on SMILE Teacher app.


Thanks for the screenshot. Can you provide details about each mobile or tablet device:

Android OS version (Settings->About) , Model , Manufacturer, and which version of SMILE Teacher APK (can be found in Settings->Applications->Manage Applications)

So you don't see any submit button, and the layout of the text field is directly on top of the label?

Hi. they are LG Optimus VM670 with Adnroid Version 2.2.2 and samsung galaxy model number GT-I9300 with Android 4.1.1.

And the teacher app version is 0.2.5 for both of them.
And yes, I don't see any submit button or any background.


WE haven't optimized this application for phones. We do however have it running on some tablets. I just tested on a Samsung G Tab 2. I think you will have issues on Android predating 3.0. We originally designed for 2.3.x (gingerbread) but later, we got 3.0 honeycomb on the Vizios. The code should be fine on 3.0 + .


Verified on Samsung Galaxy SII with Android 4.x. Problem exists on lower density screen layouts. Will fix.
