Public Release of EWItool Version 2.00

I am pleased to release version 2.00 of EWItool into the wild :-)

This version runs on recent versions of Windows, OS X, and GNU/Linux so long as you have a recent Java runtime installed.

Please see https://github.com/SMerrony/EWItool/wiki/Using-EWItool before installing and using this release. OS X users please note especially prerequisite number 4.

Thanks to those who have tested; there have only been minor code tidyings since Beta 1.95 - but please upgrade anyway.

64-bit Windows users who do not already have Java installed could try the .msi installer file below which packages the required Java runtime with EWItool and installs it privately under your account in Windows without affecting other software or users.
