Bug Description

For QuarantineTypes HOSPITAL, HOTEL and ASYLUM_ACCOMMODATION (visible in Switzerland), the additional Fields
QUARANTINE_FROM, QUARANTINE_TO etc. are not accessible (in CaseDataForm and ContactDataForm).
Thus for these types of quarantine, it is impossible to register this information.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to CaseData or ContactData
  2. Select Quarantine Type HOSPITAL, HOTEL or ASYLUM_ACCOMMODATION
  3. The additional fields remain invisible

Expected Behavior

Fields QUARANTINE_FROM, QUARANTINE_TO etc. should be visible

System Details

  • Device: Linux
  • SORMAS version: 1.50.0
  • Android version/Browser: Firefox
  • Server URL: Localhost
  • User Role: Case Supervisor / Contact Supervisor
