I didn't think I'd have to make a follow-up pr to that but well

• balances the drink's effects a little so it's not an instant knockdown and adds safe variant of isolation cell
• adds a new type of jelly beans you can find in the kinkmate that kinda works like the gross jellybean challenge but lewdiefied!
