The save_bin of ensemble does not save all the info

For example, the temperature at which the ensemble has been generated is not saved, this could be a problem if one does not recall the temperature used for the ensemble generation. In principle, it could be recomputed (with a stochastic error), but in that case, I think some statistical issues on error could matter.
