Cloned from Pagure issue: https://pagure.io/SSSD/sssd/issue/3913

Currently some use-cases (GPOs, FC integration, adcli updates) do not work as non-root but short of scanning the upstream tracker, it is hard to find what works and what does not.

We should add this info to the man pages.

The only noticeable feature that is known to not work with sssd-2.10 started and running under 'sssd' service user (via systemd User= service option) is keytab renewal using 'adcli'.
But this is a bug to be fixed, not something to be documented in the man page.
