Prerequisites

  • I have written a descriptive issue title
  • I have verified that I am running the latest version of the COMET Web Services
  • I have searched open and closed issues to ensure it has not already been reported

Description

Add a COMET landing page to the root which includes the following information:

  • COMET logo and short description (add RHEA logo as well)
  • Version information about deployed services
  • Link to server GitHub repos
  • Link to COMET IME and description to explain that user interaction is done through the desktop app
  • Link to domain specific tools
