Expected Behavior

the links are broken in readme.rst in libs/core and libs/full

Actual Behavior

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

you can just observe it by going through the readme.rst in lib folders

Fix

just have to update the specific paths

6223: Move documentation from `README.rst` to `index.rst` files under `libs` directory r=hkaiser a=dimitraka

Towards resolving issue #6214

For all the `README.rst` files that used to contain information, this information was moved to the corresponding `index.rst` file.
