Markers between tests: time and progress (e.g. Test #/ 15) #3

Adding this one to the list since we captured it on the forums.

The idea is if we need to profile tests, having timestamps between them is probably good.

Also, having text that says "Now running test 5 of 15" or something similar lets one know the progress.

Partially addressed by running each test with the 'time' command in front so we can at least get runtimes. Will have to do more cleanup to get the test #.

I think this is mostly done now. We have time stamps on them at this point.
